FAQ
Common billing questions.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. The trial lasts 14 days, includes 500 conversations and has no overage. After the trial, the workspace moves to Starter only when you choose paid billing.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one continuous user session with a bot, up to 30 minutes of activity. One conversation can contain many messages.
Is WhatsApp included in the plan?
The integration is available, but WhatsApp messages are billed through an add-on because Meta charges per message.
When do you charge overage?
Only after you exceed included conversations, minutes, messages or storage. Starter and Business have hard caps so the bill cannot run away.
Is annual billing prepaid?
Yes. Annual billing gives a 20% discount and is prepaid. Enterprise has a minimum 12-month contract.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with Stripe proration. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.
What does the AI cost cap do?
It controls model spend. At thresholds, the system alerts you, and at the hard cap it routes to cheaper models or blocks expensive actions.
Is Business enough for voice?
Yes for typical volume. Business includes 500 voice minutes and one number. Extra numbers and minutes are usage-based.
Does Enterprise include service credits?
Enterprise Standard includes a 99.95% SLA with service credits. Business has an operational SLA without credits.
Do you offer HIPAA / BAA?
We do not currently offer a pre-certified HIPAA package or a standard BAA. We review this requirement before contract signature and do not enable regulated health-data processing without an approved legal and technical scope.
Can I use my own model?
BYOM is available as an add-on for Enterprise Standard and above. Enterprise Plus usually includes BYOM in the configuration.
Can I have multiple workspaces?
Starter includes 1 workspace, Business includes 3, and Enterprise has no rigid workspace limit. Additional workspaces can be added as an add-on.
How does API call billing work?
Starter does not include API access, Business includes 5,000 calls per month, and Enterprise includes unlimited API under fair use.
Do I pay for storage?
Every plan includes storage. Storage overage is billed monthly per GB above the plan limit.
Can I get invoices in EUR?
Yes. English locale uses EUR pricing, Stripe Billing invoices, and automated tax handling.
Is self-hosted available?
Yes, but only as Enterprise Custom. It requires a custom security review, dedicated cluster and individual agreement.
