What does the importer not handle automatically?
Bots, flows, contacts, conversations and knowledge base documents are mapped automatically. Custom JavaScript, unusual actions and integrations without export data go to manual review.
When should we choose concierge?
Enterprise migrations get a specialist for audit, import, bot review, team enablement and post-launch monitoring. Business teams can order concierge as an additional service.
What if migration fails?
